Limited Lifetime Warranty
Naughton Dynamic Solutions, LLC (DBA SAP Arms) warrants to the original and subsequent lawful owners that if any product sold by SAP Arms or an authorized dealer—when used as intended—ever becomes defective, SAP Arms will repair or replace the product at no charge, excluding shipping, subject to the conditions set forth below.
This warranty extends to any lawful owner of the product who is legally permitted to possess the product under United States law. This warranty does not extend to users outside the United States, nor does it apply to products that have been exported.
This warranty does not cover damage to our products or any host firearm resulting from careless or irresponsible handling, unauthorized adjustments or modifications to the product’s intended design, negligence, or other abuse. SAP Arms assumes no liability for the unsafe or illegal use of the silencer by its owner or any other user. Furthermore, SAP Arms assumes no responsibility for physical injury or property damage resulting from careless or irresponsible handling, or from any use contrary to the recommendations, warnings, and instructions provided in the product manual or accompanying literature.
SAP Arms does not cover damage caused by defective ammunition, hand-loaded or remanufactured ammunition, over-pressure or hyper-velocity ammunition, or the use of incorrect caliber ammunition. This warranty is subject to and regulated by all applicable state and federal laws.
If SAP Arms determines a warranty claim to be valid, SAP Arms will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product with the same or a substantially similar model at no charge. If a replacement is required but the original model is unavailable, SAP Arms will replace the defective unit with a current production model of equal or similar value, as determined by SAP Arms. Lifetime product replacement under this warranty is limited to a maximum of two (2) complete replacements.
